I’m getting an Audit

Have you received a letter from the Environment Agency?

If you have had a letter from the Environment Agency, you could have as little as 28 days to undertake the tasks required to meet your obligation. We can help you to complete those tasks, and act as an expert representative if necessary.

Your company could have been contacted for one of two reasons:-

1) Your company is not currently registered as a producer

If you are not currently registered with a compliance scheme, the Environment Agency have found your company during one of their searches and they suspect you may be a "producer". It is very important that you respond within the required time frames.

Unfortunately there is no defence for non-registration, but as a independent third party we can offer you impartial advice confidentially, and help you register accurately and swiftly to meet the Environment Agencies expectations.

We have helped many companies in your position as our personal approach really will help you through the difficult registration process. We can also confirm if you actually need to register by carrying out a compliance health check.

2) Your company is currently registered as a producer

The Environment Agency will carry out routine audits of registered companies (approximately once every 3-4 years). You have been identified as being due an audit and will need to prepare for the big day. Members of our scheme can access our support to develop audit documentation. We will also attend to take away the pressure on the day of the audit.

If you have already received a letter from the Environment Agency, and need urgent advice please ring 0845 094 2228 so we can take action.
