Budget Pack has met its 2008 WEEE obligations ahead of all other major compliance schemes.
Under the WEEE Regulations, compliance schemes are required to balance their evidence of recycling by 31st May and Budget Pack has completed its requirements ahead of other major schemes.
Stephen Clark, Managing Director of Budget Pack's packaging, WEEE and soon to be batteries compliance scheme added "We are delighted to have achieved full compliance earlier than the official deadlines require. We are aware that most other schemes have excess evidence that they now need to trade or are still in need of additional evidence to meet their obligations."
