As a part of our commitment to improving our services we have set up a short survey to find out how you feel about them.  We are particularly interested to know how you feel about the customer experience you have received when dealing with our staff across 5 measures:

Timeliness

How would you rate the service you received in terms of timeliness?

The service was far too slow. Every time I wanted something to happen I had to chase it.
There was little sense of urgency and deadlines often slipped. Problems were usually dealt with after being chased.
Overall the service was quite quick though some deadlines were missed. Any problems were dealt with quickly.
The staff always met the deadlines and overall the service was timely. Problems were handled there and then with no delays.
Things moved very quickly from start to finish without compromising the result.

Information

How would you rate the service you received in terms of being kept informed?

If my request was likely to take more than 10 days to complete, I received no further information before the service was complete.
Information was patchy and I always had to chase for further details. I did not feel well informed.
Information was mostly comprehensive and accurate. I received periodic updates.
Information was always comprehensive and accurate and tailored to my needs. It was regular and timely and kept me informed on progress.
I was kept well informed at every stage. I had all the information I needed and I could ring at any time if I had any supplementary questions.

Professionalism

How would you rate the service you received in terms of professionalism of the staff you dealt with?

The staff did not have the right level of skills to do the job. I didn't feel I was a priority.
Most staff seemed competent although they were not always up to speed with the latest information.
The people I dealt with were competent and had some specialist knowledge.
People were highly competent with specialist knowledge to do the job to a very high standard.
The people I dealt with were experts in their field, I would always go to them first if I needed advice.

Attitude

How would you rate the attitude of the staff you dealt with?

I sometimes think they forgot that we were customers. They had limited understanding of customer service.
Staff were polite but they didn't tailor their approach or style to my needs. It sometimes felt as if I was one of many customers they had to deal with.
Most people were personable and responsive, They tried hard to understand my requirements and did their best to fulfil them.
People were very proactive and forward looking. They understood my needs and gave good customer service.
Highly customer focused, everyone went out of their way to help and tried to exceed my requirements.

Result

How would you rate the service you received in terms of the result you acheived?

The quality of the service was dismal. I should have complained.
The service provided was the minimum required. At times, corners were cut with an impact on the quality.
I was satisfied with what was provided. It did what it said on the tin. In retrospect it could have been a bit more tailored to what I needed.
Overall a very good service was provided and I would be happy to work with them again.
It was a first class result - high quality service which exceeded my expectations. I would recommend the service to everyone.
