	Biggest fine in history of Packaging Regulations handed down to drinks importer The Red Bull Company Limited.


	Last week the energy drink giant Red Bull was prosecuted by the Environment Agency for failing to comply with the Packaging Waste Regulations from 1999 &#8211; 2006. After a court appearance the company was fined over &#163;260,000 for offences in addition to Agency costs and avoided fees.
