This is achieved by obliging companies to pay recycling and/or collection of the product at the end of its useful life based on their market share.

If you are one of the following:
• A manufacturer who places electrical equipment onto the UK market
• An importer who imports electrical equipment for the UK market
• You sell electrical equipment to the general public
The answer is probably ‘yes’ and you will need to take further action.
